Why a Euro Boxer?

Why a Euro Boxer?

For some people the search for a European bred Boxer can be the quest of a lifetime.  So why does a person put so much time, effort and sometimes a great deal of money into finding an import bred Boxer puppy?   Initially it was the look of the Euro dogs that attracted me.  I love a big, thick, powerfully built dog with a wide square head and jaw and plenty of wrinkle – a solid dog built for working rather than the elegant, graceful and highly refined dogs that are so often seen in the AKC show rings.  It didn’t take long for me to discover that there was another reason to be attracted to Euro Boxer pups… they are so incredibly smart that they can virtually read your mind – but wait – let’s not forget that they are generally healthier and live longer too!   With my first Euro litter I discovered that crossing a good, healthy American bred dog with a solidly built Import dog generally produced an exceptionally beautiful cross of the two.  You get the best of both worlds! That is a winning combination in my mind and a pattern that I have repeated again and again over the last 15 or so years with great success.   Now do you see why it is worth the time, effort and sometimes an expense to find a good European bred dog?  Click HERE to see a list of our available Euro...
Traveling with multiple dogs? Yes!

Traveling with multiple dogs? Yes!

Planning a vacation can be fun, but also very stressful.  Especially when there are the needs of our pets to be considered as well.  For my family, going away for a vaction has never really been an option.  Not only was it very expensive to take a large family away for a vacation, but in our almost 30 years of marriage, we have almost always had multiple dogs, making it even more expensive to plan for overnight stays.  Today is only different in one way – fewer kids but more dogs.  11 of them to be exact.  Ok, ok…I know most people would think me crazy, but I have 11 dogs and I love every one of them.  Granted, 5 of those 11 are puppies that are being held back for evaluation as they mature, but for the most part the rest of them have been with us for most of their lives, and ages range from 3 months to 9 years.  They are members of our family and because of that, leaving them in a boarding kennel has never been an option for me.  I wouldn’t leave one of my 5 children, so why would I leave my dogs, especially when I know they will be unhappy. So, what is a person to do?  Build a custom dog trailer, of course! Here are some photos of our work in progress.. . We started with a standard aluminum 5×8 utility trailer and added vents to keep things cool.  That is those "D" shaped things front and rear.  The supplier didn’t have 6 of all the same color so we ended up with 2 black covers. ...

Boxer Puppies are the cutest!

There is just something about puppies. Their cute little noses, their tiny little feet, their frantic snuffling and then they latch onto whatever they can find, your finger, your chin, your nose. Ok. I admit it – I’m in love….again. We are happy to announce the arrival of new puppies by Paige and Cypher. We have a brindle boy, a fawn boy and a white girl. The girl was spoken for before she was 48 hours old but the two boys are still available and everyone will be ready to go home during the last week in September. If you are looking for a quality bred Boxer puppy to enrich your life, look no further. These pups are 3/4 European bloodlines with the other quarter predominantly Boxella bloodlines. Both of these lines are proven for health, intelligence, and a gentle disposition. These pups are available to approved pet homes only. We offer a guarantee and lifetime assistance and support to our clients.
